Pepe leads the company’s operations, financial strategy, and growth — from orchard expansion to processing infrastructure. He previously spent 20 years at Boston Consulting Group as Partner and Managing Director, and holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S. from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Originally from Mexico City, Lalo is the heart of our sales force and industry relations, bringing an engineering and consulting background to farm operations. He serves on the boards of the Texas Pecan Growers Association and the American Pecan Council.

A 1973 graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy with 35+ years in the tree-nut industry. Former VP at NYM Marketing Company and Navarro Pecan Company, and President of Nature’s Finest Foods brokerage. A published author on market analysis and food safety.

“There is nothing like being able to manipulate a plant and get it to do what you want.” Travis leads our horticulture and nursery program.

A CPA with 15+ years in real estate, private equity, and fund accounting. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University in Accounting and Finance.

A native of Van Horn, TX. “Everything done on the farm has an effect on something else.”

Experienced in shelling processes and farm board service, Steve manages our Brownwood operation.

With Pecan Grove Farms since 2017, Sara has worked across supply chain, logistics, production, quality, and business systems — giving her a deep understanding of the pecan industry and the relationships behind it. She’s passionate about improving processes and using technology and data to help teams work better together.

An agronomist who puts new technology to work in our pecan orchards — then turns what it measures into decisions the executive and farming teams can act on.
