Leadership
Our Team
Meet the people behind Pecan Grove Farms.

How it all started
A chance reunion in Houston
Back in 2009, Pepe and Lalo — who had worked together in Mexico years earlier — crossed paths again by chance in Houston. Motivated by a healthier lifestyle and a commitment to preserving the proud heritage of Texas pecan farmers, they set out to grow pecans. It took three years and hundreds of thousands of miles of Texas highway before they bought their first orchard, in Bastrop. Today, Lalo serves as President over external affairs, and Pepe leads operations as CEO.
